INVESTMENT PRODUCTS

The Investment Products division is responsible for the development and management of investment products for NIS Investments Management and its respective distribution channels.

Investment Products main value-add lies across the following functions:

  • Researching investment trends and strategies that ultimately develop into product strategy.

  • Identifying and selecting best-in-class investment managers and partners across all asset classes by adopting a methodological and diligent research process.

  • Sourcing and evaluating real estate direct transactions within set mandates outside the regional footprint of NIS Investments Management.

  • Developing robust structures that are both tailor-made and compliant with the relevant regulatory environment.

  • Actively monitoring and constantly assessing existing portfolios in the platform to ensure compliance with the parameters of set mandates as well as the overall effectiveness of such mandates.

Global Trends Fund

The Fund seeks to achieve competitive returns by investing in short, medium, and long term trends in the global public market, such as trending consumer technologies in China or taking advantage of certain names that had an advantage pre, during and post the pandemic. The instruments in which the Fund will invest in are predominantly denominated in United States Dollar. The Fund has the right to invest in instruments denominated in other currencies. The instruments that will be used are Public Equity, FX, Bonds, and Derivatives.

Low-Risk Global Trends Fund

The Fund seeks to achieve above market returns by investing in medium, and long term trends in the global public market, such as trending consumer technologies in China or taking advantage of certain names that had an advantage pre, during and post the pandemic. The instruments in which the Fund will invest in are predominantly denominated in United States Dollar. The Fund has the right to invest in instruments denominated in other currencies. The instruments that will be used are Public Equity, FX, and Bonds.

High-Risk Global Trends Fund ​
